What is 'Creating deals':

Before we start, have a look at the below video:

1. Elyxr CRM makes is very easy and fast to create new deals of the already added leads.
2. Deals are added specific to a lead with all relevant information..
3. Once the deals are created, the sales team will be able to manage the status of the deals from the pipeline view.

How to use the 'Add Deals' feature:

Follow the below steps to understand how to enable and utilise this feature:

1. From your CRM dashboard go to the 'Deals' from the left hand side menu panel. As indicated by the below image:

2. Once in the ‘deals' screen/page, click on the ‘+ Add Deals’ option to create a new deal for the already added lead. Fill in all required details and click 'Next'.

3. Once on the next screen, fill in the next level of details and again click on 'Next' :

4. As you reach the last screen, fill in the container and cargo details and then click on 'Add':

5. Once a deal has been successfully added, you will be able to see the created dels in the Pipeline page to then manage it further:
