A how-to-guide demonstrating the pipeline feature of Elyxr CRM.

In this how-to-guide we will explain and demonstrate one of our key features 'AI inbox' which is available in our CRM solution in Elyxr.
Before we start, have a look at the below video:
1. Elyxr’s Pipeline feature in CRM allows sales team to manage all open deals.
2. The pipeline view is divided into multiple stages or columns like : Prospects, Decision maker contacted, First meeting, Follow-up for inquiry, Inquiry received, Sent to procurement team, Buy rate added, Quote created, Sell rate pending, booking created.
3. Each stage/column represents the status of various deals/leads and they are represented in cards
4. The sales team, based on the stage, can drag and move the cards in the relevant column/stage based on the developments.
5. Also, from the (+) icon on each column a deal can be added directly to that stage or column.
6. A new activity of - email, call, etc can also be added in each card under every stage.
Follow the below steps to understand how to enable and utilise this feature:
1. From your CRM dashboard go to the 'Deals' from the left hand side menu panel. As indicated by the below image:
2. Once in the ‘Deals' screen/page, you will be bale to see a pipeline view by default with various deals segregated in various stages or columns.:
3. The user can then click on the ‘Add deal' button from top right or click on the '+’ button from each column to add a new card in that stage or column.:
4. Users can also add various 'Stages' from the deal section also and assign the card directly to that particular column.:
5. Users can then add various activity to cards like - email, call, etc from the activity button ion the card itself. As indicated by the below image:
