What is 'Adding leads'

1. Elyxr CRM makes is very easy and fast to add new leads on your profile.

2. Leads could either be added manually or by bulk uploading a file.

3. Once the leads are added, the sales team will be able to manage the leads and add activities.

How to use 'Adding Leads' feature

Follow the below steps to understand how to enable and utilise this feature:

  1. From your CRM dashboard go to the 'Leads' from the left hand side menu panel. As indicated by the below image:

2. Once in the ‘Leads' screen/page, click on the ‘+ Create Lead’ option to add individual leads and click on the 'Bulk upload’ button to upload leads in bulk and via a file.

3. Fill in the details of the new lead to be added, manually, and click on the 'Add' button from bottom right.

4. To add leads in bulk, click on the 'Bulk lead' button to see the below screen open up:

5. Select the type of lead that you would want to tag and then upload your leads database file in excel format and then click on 'Proceed':

6. Once done, the added leads will come up as line items on the leads page as indicated by the image below:

7. Click on the 'View' button against each lead to see the details page as shown below:
